At the Sioux Falls Area Humane Society, I led a full-scale brand transformation that modernized the organization and reconnected it with the community. I directed every aspect of marketing, from strategy and creative development to campaign execution and media partnerships, to shift perceptions and bring the brand into a new era of relevance.

Through a comprehensive digital overhaul, I implemented content strategies that grew engagement by 49%, revitalized our social presence, and expanded reach across platforms. I also led creative fundraising initiatives that drove a 30% increase in revenue, developed targeted donor communications, and introduced campaigns that deepened long-term community support.
